Very Important. Your property must be completely legal in terms of Greek law. Space utilized in an illegal manner or structures constructed outside the permitted footprint must be legalized prior to your property being made available for sale.

High Impact Marketing. It is necessary to present your property in the best way and as quickly as possible to potential buyers both in Greece and elsewhere in the world. In order to achieve this the company adopt a High Impact Marketing approach which embraces the following:-

(1)   Your property will be featured on our website within 48 hours of us obtaining full and complete information.

(2)   We have a data base of “buyers”. Your property will be matched against this to determine whether we have a potential buyer immediately

(3) We advertise both our company and selected properties in local, national press and international media.

(4)   We have UK and Holland based associates who have access to the detail of your property and are actively marketing Corfu as a property purchase destination. 


Our Commission. Our fee for selling your property is 3% of sales price with a minimum of
€1,500.
 

Valuations 

We will undertake two types of valuation:- 

(a)    Basic Valuation (BV). This is provided free of charge. Our representative will inspect the property noting the floor plan, m² of covered space, land size, outbuildings, gates and fencing and other facilities such as a swimming pool, heating and air conditioning. The condition of the property will be established. Valuation will be based on these criteria as well as position, views and market conditions.

(b)   Professional Valuation (PV). In addition to the above this will involve an extensive survey of the property by a construction engineer, electrician, plumber, topographer and a lawyer. Main structural features will be assessed, the land size established, legal title confirmed and a portfolio of photographs taken. The company will charge an arrangement and administration fee of €500.00 plus charges for professionals utilized which will be negotiated on an individual basis together with our client prior to commencement of the valuation.
