Property Rentals
Do you want to rent a property as a tenant or an owner, either furnished or unfurnished? We can assist. Please contact us to arrange an appointment for one of our agents to visit and assess your property. Our fee for renting out property is equivalent to one month’s rent and this amount is payable half by the owner and half buy the tenant. See our Rental Listing
 

Property Investment
There are some interesting and financially stable property investments available on Corfu. We are able to assist with the search for a suitable property (usually in need of major renovation), effect the purchase, arrange for renovation and rent the premises. Full costing and analysis are available detailing estimated return on investment, repair or renovation costs and potential capital growth.
