Holiday Rental Scheme

If you decide that you are unable to utilise your property during high summer season the owning company will undertake to rent out the apartment and pay you €600 per bed over the period 15th July to 15th September each year. On a four bed unit this amounts to      € 2,400. Or you can arrange your own summer rentals over a longer period and at your own pricing. Your clients will enjoy the same services and facilities as are provided for you. Furthermore, if you feel like a winter break remember all apartments have central heating.

Guaranteed Buy back Option

The owning company has confidence and belief in the quality of the properties offered and the administration and service provided. There are, therefore prepared to offer a guaranteed five year buy back option whereby they will buy your property back from you at the original purchase price plus 10% anytime after the expiry of  five years from the date of purchase. You can, of course, sell your property to whom ever you want at any time bearing in mind that a new purchaser will need to conform to the systems, levies, standards, procedures etc. set by the owning company.
